Registration

Welcome to Pro Truck Challenge National Championship Series the number one name in monster truck racing. This is the registration page and we welcome all fans that want to race to join. However before registering there are some rules that need to be read over by you. By reading the rules and information below this ensure you will be more informed about your experience in Pro Truck Challenge. This prevents confusion and reduces misunderstanding while in PTC. Once you finished reading all the information below then fill out the registration information and click "Submit" and PTC will shortly email you to confirm your registration.

Basics

1. To join Pro Truck Challenge you must have an email address for PTC to communicate with you.
2. First come first serve for rookie registration. All new teams will be classified as rookies.
3. You will be assign a number. The number is for scoring purposes. After your first season your final position in the point standings will determine your number.
4. You will start with a one season contract. After the eight event PTC will communicate with you to make a new contract for multiple seasons. However if a week after Championship Showdown there is still no new contract agreement then your spot in PTC maybe given to a new rookie.
5. We want you to have fun. Pro Truck Challenge holds the rights to dismiss a team.

Trucks.

1. Once you have submit your registration and have recieved an email from PTC about being accepted then please email your truck design. Trucks in .psd format will be most perferable but whatever format works.
2. Truck designs must be approved by PTC. We do have visitors under the age of 18 on this site.
3. PTC won't paint trucks, that is the team responsibilty.
4. You may have animated .gif but if you do please email a still image of the truck.
5. All teams have a team flag on the corner of the image for scoring purposes so please design a team flag.
6. Your vehicle must have four wheels and a roll cage.
7. For the PTC Open, All Star Race, and Championship Showdown PTC will have event decals placed on the trucks.
8. We would encourage everyone has a truck approved by the MTRA.
9. For All Star Race we encourage a special paint job, however there is a chance you may not be in the event since past winners and past champions are in the event.

Event Rules.

1. All teams will compete in time trials for each event to determine each race in the first round.
2. Results will be posted on the results page. Not all events or races will go in to full detail.
3. Updated point standing will be located below.
4. Post-race protests are to be email to PTC. Each team is allowed three result protests. PTC will then decide if the request is approved. If approved, PTC will show the point balance that determine the results. If there was an error on PTC part, we will fix the point standings but not the race results. If there is no error the other team that was effected by the protest will be allowed to change their 50 point balance.
5. There is no trophy or prize money for winning an event.

50 point balance.

1. Each team must complete a 50 point balance before racing in PTC.
2. You must divide 50 points in to eight fields. The fields are Acceleration, Handling, Truck Reliabilty, Car Crushing Control, Setup Skills, Top Speed, Driver Skills, and Turning Skills.
3. You don't have to divide all 50 point within the eight fields. However we do recomend doing so.
4. If there is an error PTC will email you for a new 50 point balance.
5. Your 50 point balance is to be kept confidential from other teams. The 50 points determine who wins and who lose.
